Shareholders of TORIKAI CAFE Co., Ltd. will receive an invitation to a Shareholders' Day "Reception & Sweets/Food Tasting Event" to be held at the plant-based sweets brand "VeeSweet"'s own cafe (Yokohama) , as well as discount coupons and a sweets set according to the number of shares held.

We deliver a frozen assortment of VeeSweets' recommended sweets every year. The twice-yearly and quarterly sets have seasonal contents.
"Shareholder Reception Day" is scheduled to be held twice a year (June and November).
Shareholders may bring up to one person. Detailed schedule will be sent to shareholders via email.

3-9 shares: A sweets set worth 2,000 yen once a year (June)
10-29 shares: A sweets set worth 5,000 yen once a year (June)
30-49 shares: 5,000 yen worth of sweets set twice a year (June and December)
50 or more shares: 5,000 yen worth of sweets set four times a year (June, September, December, March)
[How to apply]
After the record date has passed, shareholders are requested to apply for shareholder benefits by filling out the "Shareholder Benefits Application" form on the VeeSweets official website (this page).
We will verify your use by comparing your name and address at the time of application with the name and address on the shareholder register.
If there are any changes to your address or name on the shareholder register, please apply after completing the necessary procedures.

The discount coupon can be used up to 20,000 yen and can only be used once a year. The 30% coupon will be issued by email.
For sweets as shareholder benefits, shareholders will receive an email every year through FUNDINNO to confirm the shipping address for shareholder benefits. Please respond by the deadline. If we can correctly confirm the shipping address for shareholders, we will send the shareholder benefit sweets by frozen mail.
