Please note that due to the nature of food products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for customer convenience. We take every precaution to ensure the quality of our products, but in the unlikely event that the delivered product is different from the product you ordered or has a problem, we will exchange the product or refund the payment you have made, provided that you contact us by email or phone and return the product within 3 days of receiving it.
*If the product is defective, we will cover the return fee.
